Purpose of the site
MyTowerLease.com publishes guides about cell tower leases, examples from real lease deals and tools to compare offers.
The information on this site is for education only. Reading a page, using a tool or contacting us does not make us your lawyer, broker, appraiser, fiduciary or any other kind of professional adviser.
Your documents and decisions
The site cannot tell you what your lease means, what rights you have in your property, how you will be taxed or how a deal will turn out. For those questions, get advice from the right professional. Give them all the documents that matter.
Do not rely on a general page to ignore a notice or deadline in your contract. The site does not send notices, use options in your lease for you, negotiate for you or extend any deadline.
